Hi Saurabh,
You need to complete the graduation degree to be eligible for UPSC exam.
There are some eligibility criteria that candidates must have fulfill in order to apply for UPSC exam as follows:
Nationality: Indian
Age: From 21 to 32 years old
Educational qualification: Graduation degree in any stream with minimum 55% marks from a government recognized university.

To appear any government exam, you must have a graduation degree. Apart from UPSC, you can appear for SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, Railways, SBI, IBPS Exam and defense and many more.

Both are equally good. MBA is a more generalized course, whereas PGDM is more of a specialized course. Some colleges provides MBA, whereas some provide PGDM.

Hi Divya,
Scars can be from chicken-pox marks, stitches, cuts or burns.
If you have any marks on your face, neck, arms or legs, you need to see if they can be concealed with make-up, masked by hair or hide.
If you can do that, the scars should not be a problem
Scars can fade in time with laser treatments or by using ointments such as Bio-oil.
Small birth marks are fine. Larger or darker, that must not be visible while wearing the uniform.
