Hello Vineet Verma,
You need to prepare well for the engineering entrance test of IITs "Joint Entrance exam." The exam happens in two levels. The first one is JEE Mains which you have to give in 2019. After qualifying it, you become eligible to give JEE Advanced 2019.
If you successfully qualify both the levels, you can get admission in IIT based on your rank.

Admission process depends on what course you are taking, for some courses we have a cut-off list like B.Com variants and for BBA, there is a test and personal interview. If you can specify your course then I may help you better. Hope that helps.

I am sorry to tell you that once registered and application form is filled ,you can not cancel it.If you don't want to sir for exam don't give attendance. Or I would rather suggest you to attend exam as it will give you expirence of the questions and and give you an idea where you stand.
