Minimum marks you must score to get a chance for a seat in IITs you need to score around 150+. Competition is fierce for top IITs. A score around 45 was cut off for JEE Advanced. This year 34425 qualified in JEE Advanced. Minimum marks -73 and Maximum marks-29. Comparison-
JEE Main 2018 cut offs for JEE Advanced has dipped significantly this year as compared to 2017. For 2018, the cut for general candidates is 74 as compared to 81 in last year.

MBA forms are already out and Christ accept both MAT and CAT scores in some MBA programs work experience is required in some XAT is also accepted. I suggest you chose your course and then ask I may help better in that way. :)
