MBA and MS are two different tracks. MBA goes for management path, whereas MS goes for technical path. Both are excellent in their respective fields. It's on you which path you want to take.
Whichever path you go for, try to get the best colleges to ensure better placements. For MBA, only few exams have dates left, if you wish to join in 2018 only. Else you can write CAT 2018 and join colleges in 2019.

At the outset, let me congratulate you on your decision to do hospitality programme from Singapore. If you want to migrate to the USA ultimately, then try and do your internship with a good brand in the USA. Once you finish your programme, join a good brand who has a great presence in the USA. Once you join them, work hard and avail the benefits of inter-property transfer to shift to the USA.
All the best!
