Eligibility criteria:
A minimum of five years of post graduation work experience is required for Ph.D. programmes. In case of the M.Phil. Programme, there is no requirement of work experience. However, candidates with one to two years of work experience, will be preferred.

You can apply for ISB by giving their entrance exam, or else you can also opt for MBA-Pharma Biotechnology in Pune University.

Go for National Institute of Open Schooling and choose D.El.Ed programme but you should be a teacher working in a school.

Yes hoping for engineering degree even after a gap of few years is not bad but you have attempted and found out that it is difficult for you. Acceptance of this difficulty is very tough and hence I commend you for this. If you want to pursue CSE from a top notch IIT, you need to have at least a rank below 500 in JEE Advanced to do so. To qualify for JEE Advanced you need to qualify JEE Main first, which is conducted by NTA.

Hi Ishfaq, can you please explain what B.LL is? However, one rule to swear by is that you must never lie on your application because then you will have to bring in your documents to support your claim in case you get selected. As you have only studied B.Com and you don't have any certification to prove that you are studying or have passed out of the other degree, you should not fill out. It leads to cancellation of the application. If the form was online then will have a chance to edit the form, please do so.
