Part time courses in UK require you to attend calsses during weekends and for that you need to be in the UK. as students for part time courses cannot get visas to travel to the UK, it implies that you should be there in some other category of visa and during your work you study on weekends. In order to improve your English you can do the following things:
Start reading good English magazines and news papers, and while reading underline the words for which you do not know the meaning, then refer to the dictionary and find out the meaning of the word.
You should start watching English news channel, this will help you to know,how to modulate your voice while speaking.
Make a list of frequently used words that you find difficult to pronounce and ask someone who speaks the language well to pronounce them for you.
Read aloud in English for 15-20 minutes every day, this practice will help you to pronounce the words correctly.

Hi,You can opt for ICWA+CMA. If you do CS your BBA will have no use. ICMA from London has MOU with ICWAI India. As you have done BBA you will have Foundation as Exemption in ICWA. If you complete ICWA, then you will have stage 1 & 2 as Exception in CMA(Cost and management accountant). CMA is related to your Graduation i.e Business Administration. So You can opt for it. ALL THE BEST.

With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA.
Please remember in order to pursue MBA form good and top ranked universities, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, secondly to pursue MBA you need to take either TOEFL or IELTS, and GMAT exam.
As you have completed BBA , it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years and then apply for MBA, how ever if you wish to continue with your studies, you can pursue Msc in management.
