Part time courses in UK require you to attend calsses during weekends and for that you need to be in the UK. as students for part time courses cannot get visas to travel to the UK, it implies that you should be there in some other category of visa and during your work you study on weekends. For you to NOT BE present in the UK and then get qualified, I guess you will need to enroll for Distance Learning studies where in you can use the online teaching facilities provided by the institution. For the online structure of distance learning programs in the UK, you can be in India or for that instance in any other country and still get educated from the UK.

In order to improve your English you can do the following things:
Start reading good English magazines and news papers, and while reading underline the words for which you do not know the meaning, then refer to the dictionary and find out the meaning of the word.
You should start watching English news channel, this will help you to know,how to modulate your voice while speaking.
Make a list of frequently used words that you find difficult to pronounce and ask someone who speaks the language well to pronounce them for you.
Read aloud in English for 15-20 minutes every day, this practice will help you to pronounce the words correctly.

You must be over 17 years of age and have completed Plus Two with physics and mathematics and register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India. Registration requires a medical certificate, security clearance and a bank guarantee.
Next is Private Pilot License (PPL) which includes sixty hours of flying. This makes one eligible for the PPL exam, with a medical Fitness Certificate issued by the Armed Forces Central Medical Establishment (AFCME).
A Commercial Pilot Licence may be obtained only after a PPL has been acquired. To obtain a Commercial Pilots License (CPL) 250 hours of flying is necessary. With the CPL, a pilot can take up any professional assignment.

With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA.
Please remember in order to pursue MBA form good and top ranked universities, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, secondly to pursue MBA you need to take either TOEFL or IELTS, and GMAT exam.
As you have completed BBA , it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years and then apply for MBA, how ever if you wish to continue with your studies, you can pursue Msc in management.
The course curriculum of Msc in management, is almost similar to MBA, the only difference is, MBA is more of a practical oriented course and Msc in management. is more of a theoretical course.
