PMET 2016 which is the Punjab Medical Entrance Test 2016 has the following eligibility criteria:

All students from the ICSE/CBSE board are eligible for writing the IIT/JEE and All India entrance examination for engineering /MBBS and dental provided they have the subject combination necessary for attempting these exams i.e., Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics for Engineering and Physics, Chemistry and Biology for MBBS/BDS.

To get into one of the best MBA programmes in USA you must score more than 700 in GMAT. An important point to remember is that the universities will evaluate your entire profile/ the whole package and not just the grades. Immediately after 12th, you must take SAT and TOEFL. Depending on the university's admission requirement you may also have to take the SAT subject test.
