Dear MR.Arkash, PGDM is always better than MBA, because of complete autonomy of curriculum abrest of industry need ,more duration of Internship
( 3Months), more exposure to Harvard case studies, unique outbound trainning, Simulation Workshop , More number of Core as well elective papers, more no visiting faculties of IIT & IIM aluni.
Though equal opportunity (for PGDM&MBA)while siting for placement,as PGDM students get additional inputs, there will be competitive advantage
over MBA students in placement . Corporate prefers good exposure .
However students must be careful while choosing the college, which offer PGDM.
1) Look for AICTE approval
2) Look for Equivalence with MBA certified by Association of Indian University (AIU)
these two are mandatory for Higher studies in India and abroad also for Govt. Job in future

If you have done UG in English Hons. So, it s much easier for you. But you will have to be very attentive to the previous year entrance questions. The first section is poetry. And you have to analyze its name themes etc. So, it's better that you grab the marks in rhyme scheme, meter, rhetorical tool (simile metaphor etc. ). The other section is include theory answer in which you have to attempt 2 answer but they are time bombs literally. So read novels as much as you can and go through to the history of EL. I recommend Routledge that cover all the topic very briefly and don't forget literary theories as in feminism, post modernism, modernism.

PMET 2016 which is the Punjab Medical Entrance Test 2016 has the following eligibility criteria:
1. Candidates should have to complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st of December of the year of admission.
2. The candidates must have passed the 12th examination with physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology and English individual is an optional with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for locomotion disable and 40% for SC/BC).
3. The candidates should be bonafide of Punjab state. (Residency of Punjab)
4. The candidates should have passed the 12th examination from the school located in Punjab or Chandigarh.
5. Wards of defence/military/para military personnel posted in Punjab are also eligible.
6. Defence/military/para military personal posted in Punjab and then posted to other state while their children took the 12th study from Punjab are also eligible.
7. Children of state government person or employee of boards/corporations/statutory bodies, established by an act of the state of Punjab, posted outside the Punjab before 1st January of the year of admission and took the 12th from outside, are also eligible.
So, considering the above eligibility criteria, a resident of Rajasthan cannot be eligible for it.

To get into one of the best MBA programmes in USA you must score more than 700 in GMAT. An important point to remember is that the universities will evaluate your entire profile/ the whole package and not just the grades. A low GMAT score does not necessarily mean your application will be rejected and a good GMAT score will not guarantee admission. Your extra curricular activities will also matter. Again, most universities in USA requires a four year bachelor degree except the top ones.
There is no minimum GPA requirement set. Candidates are expected to have more than 60% on 3.00 GPA on 4.00 scale. As mentioned before a low GPA will not mean you will be rejected.
University of Chicago Booth, University of Pennsylvania Wharton, University of California—Berkeley (Haas) are some of the top ones. Other popular business schools include Purdue University-West Lafayette (Krannert), University of Pittsburgh (Katz) and Babson College (Olin) amongst others. Please check the university website and understand the admission standards before applying and keep other country options open.
