Hi Maruthi,
You can either go with MBA or M.Tech. Parameters considered are individual's long term goals, area of interest, and the skill set accumulated so far. Going for an MBA after B.Tech helps a person take care of the full spectrum of an assignment that's technical and requires strategic expertise to accomplish it. A B.Tech graduate can transform technical leads into productive business outcomes. This combination puts an individual's career development on a fast pace for sure.
The first choice of stream for a B.Tech candidate should be MBA in Operations, because technical know-how and operational work go hand in hand. Second choice

We know that unfortunately, many outstanding students are forced to sacrifice their professions due to financial constraints. It gives me great pleasure to announce that LPU is awarding scholarships based on their success in Sports, Cultural, Research and Development, Co-curricular, Social Service, and Bravery Awards, with the goal of realising the ambitions of all those who work hard to achieve their goals. You should ideally go for a Quality Certification course (six sigma, CMM/ISO 9000 from a good reputed place) as it is aligned to your current role and educational background. You could ask your own company's HR folks as to how you can apply for your own company sponsored trainings and then apply for them. Post that you should apply for IJP (internal job posting) in the Quality department and thereafter work your way up in the management /leadership role (growth for you this way will be faster than being in an MBA).

You will find number of options to study your desired area in New Zealand. For job prospects and PR you must be aware of the skills in demand. If your job is one of the skills which is in shortage and you have the required qualification, obtaining a PR will be easier. I will suggest you to go through the Immigration New Zealand website for a list of skill shortages. Science and IT related jobs are amongst those under long-term shortages.

Hi,
UPSC exams are very tough and require a lot of hard work and dedication. It is not so that you will require a safe career as a back support but yes to be eligible for the Civil Services, you will require to be a graduate degree holder from a recognized University.
Being a graduate the minimum eligibility will help you in future as well even if you couldn't make it through the UPSC exams as this is the base of education on which you can pursue higher education.
More than anything else, i would advise you to be confident on you hard work and start preparing for the UPSC exams keeping marginal time in hand so that you are able to analyze
