You should be able to find lists on Shiksha for management courses in Bangalore. While shortlisting, I suggest including not only MBA colleges but PGDM ones also as they are often more industry relevant and they get you updated with curriculum and courses that align better with business world expectations. Less than 3 lakhs is severely limiting your choices, but take a look at the Cool avenues list of b-schools that charge the lowest fee.

The short-listing of candidates is based on the composite scores of Aptitude Test Scores, Scholastic Records, and Performance in Micro Presentation and Personal Interview.Whether the candidate will be offered admission to PGDM will depend on how you perform in Micro Presentation and Personal Interview.

Necessary IELTS band is required for admission in a Canadian college/university. You will apply for the visa only if and after you receive the admission offer from the university.
IELTS score requirement vary between universities to university. Ideally, a band of 6 and above is required for bachelor degree. You can opt for an advanced diploma or a bachelor degree in a related field after completing your diploma here.
