As per my understanding, opting for a doctorate program i.e.Ph.D would be a very good option to go with, if you are inclined to gain better career prospects and are willing to broaden your opportunity in research.
Other than this you can also opt for the UGC NET exam which helps to qualify as a lecturer in various colleges/ universities.
To know about the Universities of Ph.D and about UGC Net, please go through the following links:

As you have got a very low percentage, it would be difficult to get through any B-schools through SNAP. So I would suggest you to either reappear for SNAP next year or plan to enroll yourself in a private institute like Skyline, IIPM, Suryadatta, and Sharda University etc.
For more information on Institutes accepting SNAP scores please check the link below:

I am afraid that there is no such course which could be considered equivalent to your graduation. Although, there are courses like CA,CS,CWA, etc. which you can start after your 10+2 but to do their higher levels, you need to clear your graduation, so, I would suggest you to do your B.Com rather than looking for other equivalent options. If, you can not do it through regular go for Correspondence or do it from Open Universities like IGNOU.
