Yes you can do Mass Comm as their is no specific course eligibility for it. But as a friend I would suggest you to think over the decision again as changing over from Commerce field to Mass Comm is not advisable as you have to start from the scratch. Rather I would suggest you to pursue a course in your field such as MBA, CA, CFA etc.
But as you have this question, I would like to answer it for you. Mass Comm is a very broad term which includes many things such as journalism, production, direction, cinematography, advertising, PR etc. Kindly refer to the below link to get a better idea.

As facility Management is a very new field in India there are not many institutes or rather only one or two institutes which give you this specialization, like IFMI or INLEAD etc.

I would like to add here that if you want to make a career in facilities you can also opt for MBA Operations which is one of the traditional specializations in India.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
Thanks,
Pooja
