If you are in New Delhi and want to take coaching classes to make yourself prepared for the CAT exams, the first coaching class that I can recommend is Career Launcher. The institute is considered to be the best because the tests it provides to its students are almost at par with the real one and that makes it different from others.
There are some other institutes also that you can go for and that include IMS and Time. But more important suggestion that I want to cite here is that prepare yourself for the English comprehension part by reading on variety of topics which help you to grasp what is written in the comprehension and can help

The term "Undergraduate" is generally used for a person who is undergoing the education for completion of graduation and is likely to complete the same in due course of time. However, technically speaking any person who is yet not a graduate is an undergraduate. Generally Xth pass or not passed are termed as 'Xth Pass" or 'Matric Fail' respectively.

BCA is a bachelor course best suited for those who are keen to pursue a career in IT and programming without a background of Science.
BCA being just a bachelors will get limited job opportunities. It is advised to pursue higher education like MCA. There are many institutes in India offering this course and to know about the same you may refer to the following link:

Hi Darade,
There are no specific books which you can follow to prepare for Civil Service examinations so, you need consider different books on general studies, for the subject related knowledge the best source would be your own NCERT books starting form 8th till 12th level. Few of the other things you need to keep yourself updated on current affairs (read News papers, watch news channels) & work on your language skills (read novels).
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
Thanks,
Pooja
