Hi,
First of all, i would like to say that you have a remarkable percentage till date which makes you eligible to apply in some of the best universities in Canada like University of Toronto, University of Western Ontario, McGill University, University of British Columbia, etc. I just want to confirm 1 thing with you before we take this discussion forward i.e. do you want to pursue masters in instrumentation and control engineering or some other course?
Part time opportunities are there in Canada. You are allowed to work upto maximum 20 hours a week. Pay depends on the kind of job you would be doing.

Hi Prakash, University of Duisburg-Essen requires a degree in Engineering with 90%+ marks. Since Indian Universities are ranked differently, they might consider variation in percentage. Do try even if you have 75% above. The course is conducted partly in English and German so may need some knowledge of the language as well. So learn German too. You will need TestDaF certificate from the TDN level 3 in all areas. You will also have to appear for IELTS.
I hope this helps.

Hi Prakash, for Mechanical ENgineering Germany is a better option or even UK and USA. Italy is good for fashion related courses. SO I wouldn't recommend you to go for it.

Hi,
It is not possible for you to pursue your MBA in US particularly because your degree is a 3 year degree in nature whereas the degree required by most Us universities is a 4 year degree or equivalent. You should apply to universities in UK. The tests that you would be required to take are GMAT and IELTS.
Regarding financial problem, you can either apply for a scholarship or for a loan. If you have impressive academic credentials, target a scholarship, else go for a loan.

Hi Ashad,
As you are doing MCA through Distance Programming I would suggest you to gather 2-3 years of work experience in your field i.e. Technology related field, although, there is no set prerequisite; generally, it is recommended that you have minimum 1-2 years of technical experience. However, there are two modules which you can consider if you want to get into technical field which are: ABAP Workbench (Fundamentals & Concepts), BASIS (SAP Netweaver Administration) you can choose one of these depending on the field you want to opt for.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please
