The test you would have to take in order to get admission in these universities are the GRE and the IELTS. Target atleast 1300+ in the GRE and 7.0 band score in the IELTS if you want admission in any of the mentioned universities.
Note: For University of Toronto, you need atleast 1400 GRE score.
The fees depends from university to university but you should keep an estimate of 40,000 CAD per year for Tuition+Living expenses.

If you want admission in a top university, you require amazing credentials in the GRE and TOEFl. You should target a score above 1400/100 in the exams respectively if you want admission in a good university.
Scholarship depends on your complete application, your test scores in the GRE, your academic percentage, your SOP, LOR's and your scholarship essay.
