To be eligible to get admission in any of the decent Management Institute a student needs to have a graduation degree from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks. For doing MBA you have to appear for entrance exams such as CAT or CMAT. After that you have to go through Group Discussion and Personal Interview round and according to your results you will be eligible for specific colleges.

Instead of going for MIM (masters in management) course, I would suggest you to go for MBA from abroad, as it will further enhance your career prospects.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
So, as per your profile, I would suggest you to continue working for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA form good universities abroad.
