To be eligible to get admission in any of the decent Management Institute a student needs to have a graduation degree from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks. For doing MBA you have to appear for entrance exams such as CAT or CMAT. After that you have to go through Group Discussion and Personal Interview round and according to your results you will be eligible for specific colleges.
I would like to add here that before getting into any Institutes few of the things which you must keep in mind are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), the course curriculum and the study material, infrastructure, whether there is faculty or online support or not, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute.
Your choice of academic pursuits must be driven by an assessment of your strengths, aptitude areas and career goals. MBA degree gives students an insight into all aspects of a company. Courses include basics in Accounting, Economics, Financial Planning, Law, HR, Strategy and Leadership skills. In the second year the student gets in-depth picture of the specialization that they choose. The options generally are- Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, Retail Mgt, Personnel Mgt and Industrial Relations, IT and Systems etc. Once you have completed your first year, you will have better clarity on the area you are interested in. It is important to take care in selecting your field of specialization, as it invariably leads to your first job, and potentially a significant part of your career. The decision should be driven by interests, aptitude areas and career goals.

Admission Criteria
Candidates seeking admission to the undergraduate programmes, should have completed 13 years of education under the Indian system of education (CSBE/ICSE/A Levels /IB Certificate or IB Diploma).The students are screened on the basis of marks obtained in :-
1. A minimum average of 50% in class XII ( CBSE/ICSE Board)
2. Attainment of IB Diploma

Instead of going for MIM (masters in management) course, I would suggest you to go for MBA from abroad, as it will further enhance your career prospects.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
So, as per your profile, I would suggest you to continue working for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA form good universities abroad.
However if you do not wish to work for so long and continue with your studies in that case you may sure pursue masters degree in management from universities abroad.
