A few colleges in India like Bengal Engineering college, IIT Roorkee, and some NITs etc. has some value in some countries. If you have finances then search good universities in Europe or USA for civil. Alternatively, you can consider Malaysia.

I myself had the somewhat same scores ( CMAT ) and work experience. I suggest you check siescoms website for ILS form ( institute level sets - MMS course ). For pgdm course, if you have a good GDPI then expect to concert the call. For MMS through ILS list the cut off may drop to 90%ile as it did last year. In short apply for both the courses, convert whatever you are able to first. There is no difference when it comes to placements for PGDM & MMS as they all sit together for the same. .The statistical details of the placement of the said batch till date are as under: a.
