First of all, congratulations, for scoring 480 marks in GATE. With that score, I am sure you can apply in all IITs and NITs. Still, you have to wait till they announce their cut-off list. It changes every year.

Hi,
You aren't eligible for admission in Delhi School of Economics as it is a college for post-graduate studies in economics and other subjects. However, if you are interested in economics, you can opt for Economics (Hons) after class 12th from any of the Delhi University colleges if you secure the cut-off marks in class 12th board.

In PCM, there are a lot of courses available but the best course is engineering if you qualify JEE Mains/Advanced examination which held in the 1st week of April every year. After counselling of JEE Mains, if you get any IIT, NIT, IIIT, or any reputed government college then go for engineering. If you don't get one of these colleges then prefer B.Sc in computer science or mathematics.
