Unfortunately, the cutoffs for an OMS candidate in top 10 colleges is 99+ percentile. You can try for PGDM in Welingkar, Sies and Dalmia.

Yes, you can convert the interview call of Dalmia with that CET score, provided you perform really well in the GD-PI rounds. Apart from Dalmia, you can consider colleges like SIES, Chetana, IES, etc., as backups.

No, you don't have to appear for any written exam for the certificate course in fashion from NIFT. The Institute conducts a personal interview, on the basis of which, your aptitude will be judged and admission will be made accordingly.
