You have not mentioned your stream which you opted for in 12th class, so it is difficult to suggest you something but to become an IAS officer, you need to be a graduate or studying in the last semester of graduation course, the stream doesn't matter if you have a degree, you are eligible. Most subjects included in UPSC are of humanities stream so you need to be good in that particular portion and there will be a paper which is concerned to your subject that you have studied in your graduation so you need to put quite a hard work.
All the best.

Dear Munees, COMEDK offers no scholarship, but there are various government Scholarships that you can avail. Also, you can try for admission in universities like LPU, Manipal University, Amity Manipal University, etc. that offer scholarships on various criteria like marks in class 12th, marks in their entrance test, marks in JEE, etc. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Good luck.

If you want to do B.Des, you can choose any stream arts, science and commerce. I am doing B.Des from arts stream because to mainly focus on design entrance exams from the best institutes like NID, NIFT, UCEED, etc. However, your class 12th score doesn't matter much, it's just that you have to score 50% to fulfil the criteria Although, you have to do your best in HSC to score well, it can rather help you in future, but your B.Des entrance score matters the most. You have to give your 100% over there. It is as hard as JEE CET NEET. But it's way more fun to study design. So, you can go for any stream, it's up to you.

Hi, You can always follow your passion. If you feel confident of growth in the areas of cinematography and photography you can consider doing some full-time programs in these areas. There are many media people with engineering backgrounds. Just, for admissions, you have to convince the universities. You must show them portfolios of these works.
