Hi Raksha Sudheendra, you have a good percentile. The average GRE score in a class of NUS and NTU is 1340. so it could be slightly difficult if I were to judge solely on the basis of GRE but you can still try if you like. May be if your application contains better supporting documents you may stand a chance.
There are various factors that influence the decision of the faculty in an application. So if one is not good focus on others like SOP and Letters of recommendation !!!

You should do Diploma (3 years) from any polytechnic / college which is State Technical borad / UGC / AICTE recognized and get first class in Final Year. You will get admission into second year of B.E or B.Tech. Some universities also offer lateral entry into second year of B.E / B.Tech to BSc students. (Please find more details.)
