MBA in rural management is a good course to pursue and it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.

To be honest a B.Com degree alone will not fetch you a good job. You will find entry level jobs in stores and malls though. It is advisable you add a PG to your CV to have a job with a good pay abroad. Commerce is a vast area and it will be good if you can explore more and specialize in a particular area such as CA, MS Finance, MIB etc. Remember that situation is competitive, international students always face a lot of competition. To know about eligibility please check job portals, you must refer to company websites and look for requirements pertaining to particular jobs. Similarly check for work experience required.
