I'm not sure if your experience is sufficient for getting an admission in IIM but it has a value if you want to go for MBA in rural development in ANAND . Since it also has projects on working with NGO's and charitable trusts, you'll definitely have an advantage.

Please Pulkit verify with the University Authorities, if they have an approval of DEC. If they got the approval of DEC and UGC, there's nothing to worry, and the M.Sc. that you have done is valid. I guess its more of how much personal effort you put into the education that matters more. I think you can even pursue your Ph. D. But please verify from the University Authorities first. tk care and all the best.

Hi Chrajesh,
Firstly, In India you would hardly get M.S courses instead this degree is usually known as the M.Sc degree and other than this you will get Engineering courses. M.S as a degree is mostly offered by Universities abroad instead in India and that too getting this course through distance education / correspondence mode is rare and also involves risk towards the quality and value of the course.
To know about the institutes and related courses, kindly search through https://Shiksha.com.
