Hi Krupa,
ICAI is a body regulating and governing body for the chartered accountants in India and if you are not comfortable with the accounts then pursuing a career in this field would be difficult. I would also like to ask you about your education qualification as the same is not mentioned by you and it is difficult to assume and offer suggestions without the same.
You may refer to the following link of ICAI:

Hi,
B.E and B.tech some what stand similar yet different. Similarity comes from the point that both courses are degree programs; B.tech previously was introduced in India by IITs only and later was accepted by other institutes as well. The difference remains in the objective of the course- B.E is more knowledge and academic relevant and can be of great possibility if you are planning to pursue Research, where as B.tech is more skill based and teaches of the technologies that are already in use by the industry.

Aviation sector is offering a lot of good job oppurtunities, so be happy about your choice of course. Now, as for salary, it depends on your designation and skills. So, if you want a good salalry, work on your skills. And for that, make sure u take admission in a good institute/university. My best friend did MBA (aviation mgmt) from UPES, Dehradun and currently he is working as a operation manager in one of the leading airlines of the company. So, you can consider this university as well for your studies.
