Hi Ganesh,
I think post the completion of your PGDM in HR, you are eligible to look for a job in your respective domain. Later, after gaining some work experience and depending on your interest and requirements you can look for various courses like Fellowship program, Masters in HR, Six Sigma certifications, Labor Law and labor welfare, and many more. I would suggest you for now you should focus to get a good job for yourself and gain some relevant work experience.
For information related to courses and institutes offering these, please search on https://Shiksha.com.

Hi Ganesh,
There are not many options in India to offer a Law course in Labor Law and Labor Welfare but then you may refer to the following link to know about the institutes offering this or similar courses:
http://tinyurl.com/22se9or
The eligibility to pursue this course may vary from one institute to another but in general the minimum eligibility would be a graduate (preferably in law) degree holder from a recognized University.

Dear Nitin
The students are never placed by any institute. They are assisted to get placed. The interested companies and companies favoured by the students are invited to conduct pre-placement talks/interviews at the campus or at their ends. The students have the option to accept the offers or reject them. The institute never interferes in the process. At our institute too we follow the process. The students got 3/4 opportunities to get interviewed.Nearly 75% of students were placed.
We wish you all the best.
