As per your query, it seems that you are interested in pursuing Phd frmm universities in Malaysia, so regarding this I would suggest that, in order to pursue Phd, from universities abroad, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.

However, you may visit top 5 Digital Media Institutes of your City and analyse best option for you based on following parameters-
Check Infrastructure, Hardware & Software, as FCP is taught on Apple Mac Machines. Also check Faculty for Industry Exposure, Credentials & placement track record etc

ya it is tuff to do 2 things simultaneously and u r trying to do three, ok u have to prepare for the GATE it is too similar to the engg. and now the apti part is also include in it so now it is easier to do both the job or preparation simultaneously.
