Yes if you crack the entrance you will get your desired college but you will not get direct admission in 2nd year as lateral entry to 2nd year directly is only allowed for diploma students not regular B.tech students. Hope you got your answer.

Veterinary Science colleges have their own entrance exams and medical science subjects can be done via NEET. So, the entrance exam for MBBS must not be thought to be eligibility exam for BVSc. There exists an All India exam for UG admission in Veterinary Science. But, certain states like Karnataka organising KCET which also acts as an entrance for the course.
