American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees

Hi Rajeev, computer science programs in the US accept students from different majors. In other words, you don't need to have a Bachelors in CS in order to earn a Masters in CS. However, if you have not taken certain basic CS courses in your undergrad degree, you may have to take it in the master's program. Hope this answers your question.
