First of all to do MS From MIT. your Acedmic Career Should be Excellent from 10th Class(more than 90percent in bot 10th and 12th Class). and more than 80 - 85 percent in BE/B.Tech And Must have B.Tech from Some Top Engineering Colleges Like IITs , BITS Pilani E.T.C now days MIT Doesn't Preferring indian students at all even now days they are even not prefers Students of IITs also. So better Just forgot MIT. if your doing B.Tech from Engineering Colleges other than IITs and BITS Pilani.

I would suggest MBBS from India, as it can be done earlier compared to the time generally required in USA. Secondly, India has acute shortage of medical practitioners. If you can become one, you would not only have a superb worry free career but can also serve the countrymen by this. There are huge opportunities in India but unfortunately they are not tapped properly.
