Hi Sandipta,
Tool and Die making is a subject that can be studied under Mechanical or Production engineering.
As you have mentioned that you want to pursue this course from Germany, I would say that Germany is a country known for its technical advancements and a Masters from Germany would be really beneficial for you.
For information on universities of Germany, I would suggest you to visit the nearest DAAD office. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
http://www.daad.de
If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job.

Dear Kuldeep,
NOT every higher study course requires maths or good performance in maths. There are several good courses, which either don't require maths or not good performance.
You can better ask a separate question about what career you should select by making a mention of your own qualification with marks in maths as well as your liking of the field in which you want to develop your career.

Finally, to do game programming you would require knowledge of programming in which usually a BCA/ MCA would help. If you like this answer you
