There is no any hard and fast rule that you must have to gain work experience in finance in order to get advantage, however it is always very much beneficial too.
Banking sector
Insurance sector
Stock and share market
Accountant post etc. will be very good thing to add up in your CV.

Hello! Since the IIMs lay significant weight age to the past academic scores, it's really good that you've scored around 90%. Just try scoring the same percentage marks (around 90) in UG too, which will strengthen your chances of getting an IIM interview call(provided you score well in CAT too). Good luck!

Yes, you have to appear for an MBA entrance exam. In fact if you wish to take admission in any other college also, you have to attend MAT or CAT exam. Regarding IEM you need to give:
MAT entrance exam for PGDM.
CAT entrance exam for MBA.

Pursuing MBA abroad just after finishing your B.Tech is quite impossible since all the elite colleges ask for mandatory work experience of about 4-5 years. GMAT is widely accepted by such colleges. Thank you.

Hi,
It's good that you have specified your interest however, I am adding IT infrastructure as another choice which doesn't require programming knowledge very much. Cloud Computing, Security, Storage, Networking, Server-Client architecture all fall under IT infrastructure course.
However, in MCA, animation and graphics you don't need to deal with programming but in MCA you have to play with this.

Hi Krishna Prasad, it seems you have already asked this question. There is no specifics on how to get into MIT, the number one rule is that you have to an exceptional student. The answer which has been given to you previously also tells you that. One advice-please check MIT website and learn about the kind of students they admit, please build your application and profile accordingly.
