You can get admission by cracking CLAT in 17 NLUs. NLU-D has a separate exam called AILET. Many good private colleges give admission on CLAT rank like Nirma University, NMIMS, etc. Other colleges have their own entrance examinations.

Sir, normally transfer to college is not possible. Only in some special conditions, it is being done. You can write an application to UGC and college authorities of both the colleges regarding same. If UGC approves then you can take a transfer and a migration certificate from the existing college. On the basis of these certificates, your daughter can take the transfer.

For HM course, you will have to clear NCHM exam, which is a national level exam. The forms are out for this session. You should have 50% in your graduation to apply for this exam.

You can prepare for IIT JEE and other engineering exams simultaneously. If you get selected next year and get admission in any reputed institute then you can drop your B.Sc and go for B.Tech. Otherwise other option is to complete B.Sc and then M.Sc. After that you can pursue M.Tech.
