You can try applying the B-Schools using your GMAT score. You can simultaneously work on improving your English speaking skills. Improvement will come only with the usage.
Some easy things you can do -
Practise every day. Make yourself a study plan. Decide how much time a week you are going to spend studying and stick to it. Establish a routine.
Practise the 4 core skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening. They all need to be worked on for you to improve.
Keep a notebook of new words you learn. Use them in sentences and try to say them at least 3 times when you speak.

Hi Abhishek, the average age of get admission is 21 years. A minimum of 2 years work experience is required by almost all business schools. However, they also mention that if a student is an exceptionally bright one then he or she may be accepted. So, you need to try applying. Write to a few business schools and check their specific requirements. If they find your profile very strong, they will encourage you to apply.
