Hi Shivani, you won't find any MBBS programs in Canada. The medical studies begins after one has completed the Bachelors degree and also many medical schools are not open to foreign students. The general process is that you must enroll into a four year Bachelor degree program and thereafter clear the MCAT based on which you must seek admission in a medical school. You have to check the requirements before applying.

Hi Shray,
It depends if you want to be a lawyer or want to change profession. LLB from an open university won't be considered abroad as well, you must have professional practice in India before you apply for a legal sector job abroad. Additionally you must clear the bar council exam of the particular country which you won't be eligible for unless you have a degree from a recognized university. I would advice you to speak with an authorized immigration agent for more possibilities.

Hi, foreign universities have career assistance departments through which they provide career services such as mentoring, career counselling, career fairs, etc. There is no campus placement by foreign universities. Your chances of getting a good job will depend on how strong you are academically and how skilled you are in your subject. You may read about the career services here:

Hi Abhishek,
As the competition is getting day by day tougher, yes you can say it can give you an edge over other candidates but you don't have to worry as 70% performance is being given to GD and PI round so better prepare for GD and PI round because it holds a maximum weightage in your selection.

Executive MBA also refers to a part-time program for working professionals. This is meant to be conducted in tandem with a job as a result of which candidates are usually not eligible for placements.
The IIMs offer an MBA program for executives with at least 5 years of work experience and hence an EMBA from IIM's gives u a chance for placements through college.

Lateral entry to another college is permitted by most institutes. However, before you give up your seat, make sure you block a seat in the institute you wish to transfer to. Having a good academic record is a bonus and will help convince admission authorities to grant you a transfer. Also, you should consult with the relevant authorities whether there is a tie up with the college you wish to transfer to.
