BCA is a 3-year UG Level Bachelor's Degree programme. The course structure is quite similar to the traditional B.Sc Programme. The 3 years duration is divided into 6 semesters, each lasting a period of 6 months. During each semester, students have to face different sets of written exams as well as practical and lab sessions. In simple terms, BCA programme has lots to do with Computer Science and programming. Yes, there is an entrance exam for every course in Amity. You can apply by filling an application form online at http://amity.edu/. You'll get a mail which would state the date for your entrance exam.
The exam would be followed by an interview too.

For the post of IAS officers, there is no height and weight requirements. Only for IPS/IFS, there are certain physical requirements.
To become an IAS, one should have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university and yes a good performance in the UPSC exam.
So, she is eligible for the post of IAS officer.
