If you are interested in doing B.Pharma after class 12th, then you should take science subjects.
B. Pharma is a three year undergraduate course.
Eligibility for B.Pharma:
You should be class 12th pass with either Physics, Chemistry, Biology or with Physics, Chemistry, Maths.
You can get admission for B.Pharma through these entrance tests:
GPAT- Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test
GCET- Goa Common Entrance Test
MHT CET- Maharashtra Common Entrance Test

I honestly say that PCMB combination, though a bit nuisance at times, pays a lot in future be it in any stream. As most of the things are becoming multidisciplinary these days. Even MBBS & pharmaceutical students now need a bit of maths & Engg. students do need a bit of applied biology at times, depending on the job placements.
