There is no compulsion for you to take Maths, if you want to do pharmacy. You need to take bio, it will help you for your class 11th and class 12th Science, and will help you to increase your score also.

For pharmacy, there is no meaning to take maths. Go through Biology as it is easy to you.

    Hi ther,
If pharmacy is the option you look for and nothing else then you may opt out of taking maths. However, taking maths would not hamper your careers prospectives with regard to pharmacy and also would open doors for other options as well.

I don't think it will be useful for you in future. Better opt for some other subject, it will help you in a better way.

If you want to opt medical field as a career, then you can go for PCB and even you can take maths, as an additional subject, if you can manage to study both.

No, it is not important to take Maths for pharmacy. You should concentrate on Biology only.
I was also an engineering aspirant and for improvement of marks, I dropped Biology in 12th.

Pharmacy particularly requires education base in biology. Thus, don't go for Maths as a subject in senior secondary. You can wisely choose PCB or even PCMB.

For pharmacy particularly, you do not need Maths, only PCB marks would matter. You must study Biology.
However, if you are looking for other courses, you may study Maths in 10+2.
