Well After doing B.com graduation it depends on the individual to either opt for a practical experience under training or straight away go to the higher studies option. I personally feel that this stream requires the theoretical education as the base but experience as the most counted notion, -

After B.com you can try for job in MNC. IF you are not getting an job then try for entrance exams of post graduation MBA marketing will work -
According to my opinion you can go for MBA in finance as if you are good in accounts than it is very useful for you and also a lot of scope in future also
