I think both matter. You're knowledge will not make sense if you cannot apply your skills but having no knowledge will not help you apply your skills.
I'd suggest that you first work for 2 years and then do an MBA or PGDM course. It will help you understand what the business world is all about. Plus you'll fetch a bigger salary if you have MBA and work experience.
That's what happened when I did my MBA from Welingkar Institute. As compared to some of my peers, I had an advantage over the syllabus as I had already experienced some 'field-related' problems'. No doubt the professors also helped me understand the course better. But having

    Great discussion,
After graduation generally we have 3 option,
CONTINUE STUDY,STOP STUDYING AND DO A JOB,ORDOING BOTH.
If i argue which is best,
"The best is that suits me best"
    * If i have some family responsibility and at any cost i cant continue my study then the best for me is JOB AFTER GRADUATION,
    * I have some issue but of-course i will find time for study then PART-TIME/DISTANCE is best for me
    * I am lucky i got an opportunity to continue my studies I DO A REGULAR COURSE
Its individual choice, I can never compare it with each other,
circumstances, interest, demand and many other factors will give us a short summary which is BEST SUIT

    hello dear.
its always better to go for the studies till the best level
POST GRADUATION DEGREEM.com, MBA, MA, MSC etc OR DIPLOMA PGDBM, PGDHRM, PGDBA
    OR
    CA, CS and ICWAI
    OR
    LAW
because once u stop ur career na then it dont give u the second chance so easily.so its always suggestible to complete education till the level best is reached.because it ur personal property which cannot be stolen in any way by anyone.so plz think abt that .

After doing Bcom further studies seems to be a better option to me as it helps you to sharpen ur claws and be ready for the corporate world. As Post graduation is more in demand in the corporate worls as compared to a plain graduation degree as PG gives u a specialisation.

This is very simple question which can be answered by yourself only. Just note down the points -what will happen after higher study and otherwise.
*There is another way to ans -whether you should go for higher study? Think in a different way that what are the expectations of your family(Parents) from you.
*If your family is a high profile family i.e. no need to worry about the earning. then you must go for higher study.
*On the other hand if you belongs to a middle class family and your family needs your help from your pocket then you may go for the job and join a corresponding course in your stream.
*Conclusion is that you must go for hig

In my opinion B.Com is highly subjective as one should definitely match his career path after B.Com with his interests and strengths rather than simply follow the masses or choose a field based on prospective pay packages. I would request Raja M G Narendra Roy and arun dev to share their expert opinion on this.
