Aru if you have completed your B.com than go for some master degree such as MBA or M.Com as it will give you a better future in corporate world. Even i did B.com in 2010 and was confused whether to go for job or master degree.I started searching for jobs but didnt get any as of my interest. Then finally i decided to do MBA from Galgotia University and after completing that I was able to get job offers as per my interest. The teaching process and personality development programme by the institution helped me a lot in my allround development and in setting my foot in corporate world.Today i am working with leading multinational company,s

One must always opt for higher studies after completing B.Com as in today's competitive world it is too less a qualification to rise to the heights of any career. It is just a basic qualification which requires a strong structure over it both for enhancing one's knowledge and for developing the career.

In my opinion the best would be doing job for 2-3 years.gain some experience and going for management studies would be best.straight forward management studies after bcom is not advisable as the students don't have that ability to understand practical things properly and lack in many areas.

Today if we check then graduation degree is not enough for get good job if any get job then it is very difficult to get good appraisals in current job becasue there is lot of competition , i suggest to go for higher study after B.Com like MBA , M.com and those who want to go in teaching line then NET qualification and Doctorate degree is must to secure future in teaching line

I would suggest one to work after his bcomn and understand his area of interests. Then he should go for mba and pursue it in his area of interest. nibm global is the best online mba institute in the country.

    Good going.
As above people said at this stage everybody has this confusion
But in my view doing higher studies will be good to enhance the value
but on the other v have seen some people are not so financially strong to pursue their higher studies at that time they are in dilemma what to do?
So in my view at that time they should opt for both i.e if they some job do that and make themselves capable and then can pursue their higher studies through distance or may be regular upon their wish.
Higher degree can be MBA, M.tech M.sc or else
now-days MBA is in trend & it is a vast field to explore oneself in the new era.
    Thanks
    Regards
