CAT is used for admissions in Iims and other MBA colleges, while MAT is an MBA entrance exam for almost all colleges and is conducted by AIMA. XAT is used for admission into Xavier's Institute of Management and some other MBA colleges.

Hi. Monika. CAT is especially to get admissions in IIM, although other MBA/PGDM colleges also use it. IIM is in command of CAT. AIMA administers the MAT a test for practically all MBA/PGDM colleges' entrance requirements. XAT is used to get admission to several Xavier's Institute of Management locations as well as certain other MBA/PGDM colleges. The above mentioned management exam score is accepted by some top AICTE approved college like GIBS Bangalore, christ University, Jain University. I would suggest go for GIBS Bangalore.
