University and college doesn't decide your salary. It depends on your skills that you have developed.

The starting salary for an economics graduate is minimum 4.5 LPA to 12 LPA, it depends on whether you are fresher or experienced. I suggest you do an internship during your college then you will get a good offer.

It can't be predicted how much you will get. It all depends upon the skills you have. You can easily get an average of 7-8 LPA package.
