Hi, IITs, NITs, IIITs and CFTI are the best government institutes for the same. BITS Pilani, VIT Vellore, SRM Chennai, RV College Bangalore, Manipal University, etc. are the best private institutes for the same.

If you get government colleges then it is good and if you do not get government colleges then Manipal University is a good option.

I will suggest you to mainly go in IITs and moreover, of you won't be able to crack JEE, go for NIT or CIT, Anna University or PSG.
