LPU is best at all in terms of education, infrastructure, faculty members, placement, extra co curricular activities etc. I have done my graduation and post graduation from the LPU and LPU is one of the great place for education where the management actually believe on actions rather than words. Whatever they promised they delivered to us along with in campus placement at good package and best time of life.

I think LPU is better than SRM due to the fees and all. LPU has good placements as well.

LPU is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Lately, number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of our students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements.

SRM, Chennai is better than LPU. -
If you have a good budget, then nothing is better than SRM. It is one of the best private college with good faculty and placement. -
In my opinion, I feel LPU is a much better option for B.Tech CSE. Thou both the college are best and giving the best in every possible way. But if we SEE overall and look at the records, the placement of LPU is high and every year thousands of students apply for admission in LPU just for this course just because of LPU placements and their innovative methods of teachings. And currently, the LPU ranking has also gone high I read that the Faculty of Engineering jumped to the 66th position this year while the Management school is ranked 37th across India in NIRF Rankings 2021!
