    Hi Rakshit,
Among LPU and SRM, LPU is better because you are taking about MBA or Masters so from point of placement and facilities, LPU ranks better than SRM. Also, ambience is better there. Facility are understanding, good enough and supportive.

    Hi there,
SRM, Main Campus is better for B.Tech than Lovely Professional University, but if you will talk about MBA then obviously, LPU is a better option because as per NIRF Ranking too, it is better than many of the IIMs too.
    Hope you got your answer.

In my opinion, SRM will be the best among your options for doing CSE as it is ranked between 150-200 according to NIRF ranking whereas LPU does not comes under this ranking.

SRM Chennai is better. It is one of well-known institute in India. I would suggest to try for even better institute, but if you have only these two choice, my vote counts on SRM.

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) are known for engineering, but if we think of Electrical Engineering, LPU appears better in many ways. As a student, I personally feel that LPU has a very practical approach to learning. Their labs are state of the art, and well-resourced, and I find that the faculty usually support us to work on real-time projects, which build confidence to take on challenges in industry. The university brings many industry professionals for guest lecturers, and have affiliations with top companies in the world, so this gives students a greater opportunity for internships and pla

Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice. LPUNEST is their own entrance and scholarship exam.

The candidate's merit rank on the test and the courses and specializations they selected during the online preference submission are the main factors used to assign seats for LPU NEST counseling.  The availability of seats in the selected programs is another factor that affects allocation.

For more information kindly contact their concerned department.

I hope this information helps.
