<p>B Tech Civil Engineering is a 4 year (8 semester) program offered by LPU. The program articulates the concepts from basic science to technology through lab practice and projects to gain knowledge in areas like Structural, Environmental, Highway Engineering, Construction Management which are in sync with industry expectations. LPU have received highest NAAC grade A++ with 3.68 score on 4 point scale which is the highest among all private universities in the 1st cycle of Accreditations. LPU have many Accreditations &amp; Approvals in the list such as UGC, BCI, ICAR, ACBSP (USA), PCI &amp; many more.<br><br>LPU is not only good but the best choice for Civil Engineering which provides an ample number of opportunities for the students. Civil engineering is a program that teaches us how to construct infrastructure and create an environment so in this a student must require practical knowledge.</p><p>LPU gives you a better facility, and teaches you by performing practical. They provide you lab named, Unilab mechanical testing of building and development material. They also have a NABL-accredited lab for mechanical testing of building materials which makes LPU the only private university in India and the first university in Punjab to receive this certification.</p><p>Now, if we talk about the placement of civil engineering students, LPU is good. You will get a chance to work on the Capstone project.
