    Chandigarh University is undoubtedly the outperformer and is known best for engineering programs in North India.

    Hi Rohit,
    Both the colleges are good at their own place. You can go for any of these. If you do not have any financial problems, then go for LPU, otherwise Chandigarh University is good for civil engineering. Placement is almost similar.
