Which course is good BCA or B.Tech? Which has more scope? What are the minimum marks required to get admission?

If you want to compare B.Tech and BCA, then B.Tech is a good course to pursue in terms of career aspects but the thing is pursuing a B.Tech Course is not easy for everybody. It requires dedication than BCA. For getting into top B.Tech colleges you need to score a good percentage in your +2 and have to prepare for JEE EXAMS too side by side, which becomes difficult for average or below average students then these students can pursue BCA if they want to learn programming languages and wants to make a career in IT Sector. BCA is a much easier course than B.Tech and also consumes 1 less year in its completion. So, the choice is yours if yo...more

See the most important is the skills and nothing and depends on the degree whether it is BCA or B.Tech, you can opt for BCA as in that you can able to learn more and more skills from open source platforms like coursera, udacity and many more and then give self assessment test on the hackerearth, techgig, redhat and many more, then you can be able to become a software engineer and you can easily grab good job and position in many good MNCs.

If you are willing to have a technical knowledge, then go for B.Tech and if you just need to play a vital theoretical knowledge then go for BCA.

6 years agoOne can get admission for BCA easily because there is no AIEEE, JEE Advanced or JEE Mains. The duration of this course is 3 years. However, B.Tech is a 4-year engineering degree which needs one to qualify JEE. -
Minimum marks required is 65%, both BCA and B.Tech are par with each other, B.Tech is a professional course it has a great demand and competition in today's technological world. My suggestion is to go with B.Tech.
All the best! -

7 years agoBoth courses have its significant value so please don't compare which is good or which is bad. According to the present scenario, every student is behind the technical field. So if you feel to pursue B.Tech for your career you may pursue. But doing BCA from Delhi University and B.Tech from any private college, it's much better to opt BCA. -
Its definitely B.Tech. Its curriculum is designed in such a manner to teach the theory and the practical application based knowledge to make student much skilled in his or her domain. Moreover, BCA does not have much scope and should only be opted while preparing for any civil service exam along with it. For admissions in LPU, one need to have minimum 60% marks in class 12th and JEE Mains or LPU-NEST qualified.

6 years agoThe scope is more with B.Tech, as it will lead you to a wider field of Science and technology where you'll learn high level programming languages and scientific knowledge as compared to BCA.

- Bachelor's degree: You have to study aeronautical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or physics. This usually takes almost 4 years.
 - Master's degree: this is almost optional, but it will help you specialise in rocket science, propulsion or space technology. This usually takes 2 years more.
 - PhD: this is optional for a research job; if you want to do high-level research, then it

Can you please confirm what you mean by “2027 mock test” — do you mean:
