Both are specialised degrees and have value in their respective grounds. Both M.Tech and MBA provide excellent career options and have gained importance over the time. Go with the leading universities that offer great placements such as IIT, NIT, BITS, LPU, VIT, PU and lot more. As per my experience, I would suggest you to go with Lovely Professional University as this university offers both MBA and M.Tech with such great level of learning. Choose Wisely. I hope this helps. All the Best.

Hi Venkatesh, M.Tech will lead you to deeper study and research in your core field of engineering. The career following M.Tech will be more oriented towards teaching, research and consulting. MBA will lead you to gaining management skills in whichever specialisation you do. The career following MBA will be more towards techno-management roles, more into corporate and entrepreneurship. So it is your choice!
Go check your interests, aptitude, hobbies, attitude, bent of mind and ASPIRATIONS before taking a plunge into any of these. But whatever you decide, pursue only from universities of high repute like Iims, PU, IITS, SIBM, VIT, BITs an
