Which engineering branch is better and more demanding: Petroleum or Computer Science?

If you are able to work hard both branch have equal opportunities. Like PDPU, there is 100% placement.

In my point of view , Computer Science is better than Petroleum Branch because , In now days there is more demand for computer engineering there is more scope about that , and we do many invention in it , and Einstein said that only 5 % things are discovered remaining 95% . thank u

CS is more better than petroleum with higher jobs also. -

8 years agoComputer science is famous but petroleum engineering is unique, therefore you can go for any of them. -
Well, it can't be said that which branch of engineering is good or bad. It totally depends upon a student's choice and his interest toward particular stream. If you like analytical ability then you should go for CSE. -
As a software engineer, I would say Computer science is a better option in terms of better job opportunities, future growth and ease of implementing your idea into a business. It also empowers you to create a world-wide impact, sitting at your home. -

8 years agoevery one wants to opt those branch which have high scope and offers good package.see this all depends on which collage you are studying. if you are studying in local collage than 100 % you won't get job easily but if are studying in reputed college like iit than 100%you will get job with good package whether you are in petroleum or cs. branch doesn't matters.
