Which engineering branch is better and more demanding: Petroleum or Computer Science?

petroleum is more demanding branch in India need 12000 engineer per year but 200 engineer is passd out so petrolieum is more more demanding -
CSE have more demand but petroleum.engineering have their own scope -
hi among these two I think computer Science is better .
Another popular branches u may consider is - 1- aronotical engineering and
2 - civil engineering -
Hi there, I'd say go for mechanical engineering. It has very wide applications, u can apply production, petroleum, pipe designing, marketing. -
both have same scope but still I think CSE have more opportunities -
Comparing to petroleum there is great importance for Computer Science. Better to take computer Science. Good luck. -

Cse is always a demanding trade due to advancement of technology but petroleum is also a trending option for next decade. -
All the branches are as good and they have nearly equal scope .The choice of branch olso depend upon the college placement where u wish to join.
eg, UPES dehradun is well known for Petroleum'ISM Dhanbad for Mining whereas all the IITs are known for there CS branch.
